Processing Times

Return & Refund Policy

Please Note:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for earrings that have been tried on.
- Sale merchandise and orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale.
- If you return individual items from a stacking set, the original retail price for the items kept will be charged, and your store credit will reflect the difference.
Missing Packages
- Once your order has been packaged, shipped, and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable/incorrect addresses. Please contact the shipping provider for any concerns.
- If your package is ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item.
- Domestic Orders not received within 14 working days of dispatch by Royal Mail are considered lost and will be replaced or refunded.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@isonia.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and ‘Damaged Order’ in the subject line. Attach a photo of the damaged item, and we will provide a return shipping label and send a replacement.
