Royal Mail Strike
Due to the ongoing national strike action, orders will be delayed.

 

We have been advised that orders can be delivered up to 10 workings days after being shipped. After 10 working days the item is classed as lost and we can either replace or issue a refund.

What dates are the Royal Mail strikes?
The CWU is planning 10 days of strike action, meaning its 115,000 members will stage a walkout on the following dates:

  • Friday December 9
  • Sunday December 11
  • Wednesday December 14
  • Thursday December 15
  • Friday December 23

UK SHIPPING 
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50 via Royal Mail 48 Hrs Tracked.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
Shipping for International orders will be calculated at checkout. Please be advised that any additional fees for shipping abroad will be the responsibility of the buyer (brokerage fees, customs duties, and any other charges).

PROCESSING TIMES 
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please note this when choosing the ‘Express Shipping’ option. Processing times are subject to delay during new launches or holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES 
After your item has shipped, the average delivery time for UK orders is around 2-3 business days and the average delivery time for International orders is dependent upon the shipping option chosen at checkout.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY 
We hope you love your jewellery, however, if for any reason you do not, we offer 14 days returns policy. 

Please email hello@isonia.co.uk with your order number for instructions on how to return the order to us.  The order is returned and inspected, if item is return in the same condition as it was purchased, we will issue a refund. The customer is responsible for return postage to us.

*For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for earrings that have been tried on.

*Sale merchandise and all orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale.

*If you return individual items from a Stacking Set, you’ll be charged the original retail price for those kept items, and your store credit will reflect the difference.

MISSING PACKAGES 
Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages*, missed deliveries, or undeliverable & incorrect addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns.

If your package was ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item.

*Orders that have not arrived within ten working days of being shipped by Royal Mail are classified as lost and will be replaced or refunded.

DAMAGED PACKAGES 
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@isonia.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and ‘Damaged Order’ in the subject line. Attach a photo of the damaged piece and we will send you a return shipping label and a replacement piece.
